binge


i was doing good
under 500 calories
then I binged on oreos again
but I think I purged everything,
I just wanna cut this binging crap. :(
spring break started today.
This is the week of changes.
I wont binge this entire week, and I wont go over 600 any of these days.
help me out girls

I know when i am in full on restriction mode, it helps to write EVERYTHING down that you consume.and write the number of calories you want to keep under on the inside of your wrist..easier to hide..and drink a glass of ice water (a very full glass..i'd say about 16 oz) every hour if you can...it'll burn calories and fill your tummy. I do this every saturday/sunday (liquid fast)..but i don't weight myself until monday so the bloat from all of the water will go down..if I feel like calories are needed during my fast I'll have a slim fast or a low cal smoothie,just to give a boost to my energy..I hope this helps!!
